OSHA

We are experts in OSHA's General Industry and Construction Safety regulations. Many companies are not prepared for what to do when OSHA arrives at their workplace. We set up the programs, training and documentation that will make an OSHA Compliance Audit less stressful and less costly.

Safety Training

RPF Associates has on staff authorized trainers for the OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Outreach Courses for Construction. Other courses include forklift certification, hazwoper 40 hour and 8 hour refresher, coaching the professional truck driver, hazard communication, lockout/tagout to mention a few.

Our film library includes more that 200 DVD safety films.

Construction Site Safety

Our Consultants will visit the construction sites of our clients and develop site specific health and safety programs, inspection forms, tool box talks, prepare site assessments and consult with the client on all matters concerning safety.

General Industry Safety

Our Consultants will visit the manufacturing/warehousing facilities of our clients to make basic safety need assessments, develop corporate and facility specific safety and health programs; provide training required by OSHA and other consensus standard organizations; provide safety reports with regard to machinery, life safety, personal protection and plant/warehouse layout.

NYS Workplace Safety (ICR 59 and 60)

As licensed Workplace Safety Consultants (licensed by NYS Department of Labor) we are authorized to provide the required Workplace Safety Consultations to companies that have been ordered to do so.

Our Consultants are also licensed to perform ICR 60 Workplace Safety and Loss Prevention Incentive Programs for Safety, Drug and Alcohol, and Return to Work.

Legal Expert Witness

Our principle Robert P. Firmabch has appeared in court for plaintiffs and defendants in more than 15 legal proceedings. We have also consulted with attorneys as to what negligence may be involved with their case and we have investigated the circumstances of the accident as to cause, with our opinion of fault.
